It operates through various divisions, including EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning), maintenance services, procurement support, and calibration. The company started as Greg Continental Agency Limited in the 1980s and expanded to energy services over time.

Novus Sealing Nigeria Limited is a wholly owned indigenous company and a business unit of GCAENERGY also wholly owned indigenous company committed to creating an effective, safe and sustainable environment exceeding the needs of industry.
Novus Sealing Nigeria Limited manufactures and distributes a wide range of sealing and sheet jointing materials for use in the oil and gas industry.
The company has a technical partnership with the Flexitallic Group (Novus brand), a global leader in the manufacture and supply of high quality, high value industrial static sealing products and the developer of the spiral wound gasket in 1912 in the US.
Our technical strength lies in competence and experience we have built over the years and support of our technical partner with reference to - factory set up and machine maintenance, training and re–training of staff, raw material sourcing, seamless communication to resolve technical issues.
Thus, our relationship replicates the quality standards of Novus products in Nigeria.
